Please note that our shop opening hours, designed to reflect the needs of the majority of our customers, are from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.

• Our next Wine Tasting event will be held in the shop on THURSDAY 25th September 2008 at 7pm. We will be tasting an eclectic mix of wines from around the world, guided by Peter Mulford from ABS Wine Agencies. ABS in the UK represents some excellent wine producers from both Europe and the New World and we are confident that the wines on offer will be well received!


• For these tasting events tickets are £10 and this will be deducted from the cost of any of the tasted wines purchased on the night with a minimum order value of £50. Given the success of our previous tasting evenings demand for tickets is expected to be high, so please book early!
  

Estrella Galicia

We now stock an outstanding Spanish Premium Lager, Estrella Galicia (Star of Galicia). It is a mild and light bodied beer with a very refreshing aftertaste. Made following the classic Pilsen tradition, it has an intriguing bitterness and plenty of flavour. It comes in 330ml bottles which cost £1.25 each.

The brewery was founded in 1906 by Jose Rivera in La Coruna and the company is still family owned. The 4th generation keeps the original philosophy of producing and exceptional and outstanding beer.
